 At Aloha Beach Weddings of Maui we only use one catering company that has proven to us over the years to be the very best that Hawaii (or anywhere else) has to offer. Our chef,
Rob, has an extensive following on Maui and in both New York and Washington, D.C. just to name a few. He has worked for catering companies on 5th Avenue, Time Square
and was the director of catering for the Historical Branch of the Smithsonian Museums. His abilities range from elegant luaus to sit-down custom French menus.

His partner, Tina, has experience in high end food operations and insuring every guest's need is met. Her eye for detail and incredible sense of urgency will ensure
your event is seamless from start to finish.

Our entire catering staff is service oriented and very attentive to guest needs. After 12 years we have yet to have a single complaint regarding our catering
and we definitely work hard to keep it this way.

with you and our chef to prepare the exact menu you desire.
